More Reading

Although nothing beats getting involved with a good club or trainer, it never hurts to read. The more knowledge and insight that you can gain, the better trainer you will be. Study everybody's methods and pick out what works best for you. Remember, there is almost always more than one correct way to get the results you desire.

We do not necessarily agree with all the methods in all these books. We have read them all and feel that each has something positive to offer -- whether you're a seasoned trainer or someone looking for someplace to begin.
